Dan Johnson’s track record in real estate sales over the last 30 years is impressive and full of success. He has created and maintained the Hollister Ranch real estate market with his sales and record prices for all of his 30 year career. His experience and knowledge make him the leading authority in knowing and evaluating this rural ranch market. The values he have helped establish has made what the market is today.

Dan’s experience led him to list and sell two of the largest ranches in Santa Barbara county. In 2007, Dan sold for the Bixby company of Long Beach Calif., the historic Cojo and the Jalama Ranches, which border Hollister Ranch and total over 25,500 acres. Dan’s real estate experience is also proven by his sales and experience in the Santa Barbara residential market. He has worked over the years for two of Santa Barbara county’s finest real estate firms. Pitts and Bachmann, where he worked for 20 years, and now Sotheby’s International Realty. Dan has consistently been a top producing agent. In the last 10 years he has been one of the top 10 agents in a company of over 200 agents and for 2006 and 2007 he was the number 2 agent company wide. His professional training with some of the best real estate coaches has helped shape his career.

His success at selling Hollister Ranch is very apparent. Dan was the first full time agent to specialize in selling parcels at Hollister Ranch. He has been a realtor since 1977, when he started doing the first re sales of parcels on the Ranch. He has not just sold parcels on the Ranch for 30 years, but led in sales there year after year. He has represented over 200 sides of transactions with buyers and sellers on the Ranch.

Dan has closed approximately 46 sides of full 100 acre parcel sales,16 sides of beach front parcels and countless 1/3rd’s, 1/6th’s and 1/12th’s partnership shares.
